About the Trainer

Charis Koh

Charis Koh is a passionate advocate for the transformative power of movement. Over the past 12 years, she has dedicated herself to sharing the love of movement through teaching groups and coaching individuals on a personal level. With a client-centric approach, she not only trains people but also empowers them with the tools and knowledge to take control of their own physical health and fitness goals.

One of Charis’s core beliefs is that movement is for everyone, regardless of age or starting point. She firmly believes in the inclusivity of movement, and she enjoys working with absolute beginners who are embarking on their own movement journey. Whether it’s coaching for better performance in activities like climbing, dancing, or playing tennis/golf, or providing post-injury rehabilitation and managing long-term physical health conditions such as Scoliosis and Osteopenia, Charis is dedicated to helping individuals move with greater ease, fluidity, and confidence.

Charis emphasises that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to movement and healing. Having experienced similar results through various methods, she believes that it is a matter of choice and precise timing.
