Awakening Connection

8 Nov (Sat)

Connection Circle: The Alchemy of Opposites

Facilitated by Charis & Dr. Foo

8 Nov (Sat), 2pm – 3.30pm

An embodied gathering to explore how opposites can coexist and support balance in our lives — strength and softness, movement and stillness, sound and silence.

Through grounding practices, guided movement, and gentle group explorations, we’ll notice how the body finds harmony between doing and being. Sound and breath will help us tune into what feels alive, while moments of quiet presence and reflection invite rest and integration.

Together, we’ll explore how to stay resourced — meeting change with steadiness and openness — and experience the nourishment that comes from moving, breathing, and sharing in community.

In practice, this might look like gentle movement leading into stillness, sounding followed by silence, and journeying through shared breath and connection with simple relational exercises.

A reminder that wellness deepens when practiced together.

Playful Discipline: A Creative Movement Practice

Facilitated by Charis & Fagan

8 Nov (Sat), 4pm – 5.30pm

This session explores the relationship between discipline and play — between form and freedom.

We begin with grounding and centering, awakening sensory and spatial awareness from the inside out.

We invite you to let your movement practice come alive through guided movement explorations, no matter where you are, in any space — discovering how awareness, rhythm, and imagination can transform the ordinary into possibility and challenge our bodies to move with diversity and adaptability.

Expect movement that is fluid and expressive, rooted in breath, curiosity, and responsiveness.

Together we cultivate sensitivity, moving into a living dialogue between body, gravity, and space — and the invisible threads that connect us to one another and to our surroundings.

Integration & Renewal

9 Nov (Sun)

The Alchemy of Strength and Surrender

Facilitated by Kate & Malvina

9 Nov (Sun), 2pm – 3.30pm

This class is a journey that bridges movement and breath, strength and surrender.

We begin with Mat Pilates, guided with somatic awareness and nervous system cues, to build strength, stability, and integration from the inside out. With mindful attention to the body, each movement becomes a practice of grounding, presence, and resilience.

From this rooted place, we transition into Psychedelic Breath® — a method that blends ancient yogic breathing techniques, modern neuroscience, and electronic music. Through conscious breath, you’ll be guided into non-ordinary states of consciousness, where emotional blockages can release, inner clarity can arise, and a deeper connection to your truth can be felt.

Together, these practices create a full-spectrum experience of awakening body, mind, and spirit — while grounding strength and creating a sense of expansiveness.

CONTRAINDICATIONS for Psychedelic Breath: Pregnancy, epilepsy, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, high inner eye pressure, clinical anxiety or panic attacks, psychosis, a history of stroke, recent surgery in the upper body (recovering wounds, injuries)

A Creative Renewal

Facilitated by Shirly & Yingjie

9 Nov (Sun), 4pm – 5.30pm

A restorative session that blends movement and art therapy to help the body and mind unwind, reset, and reconnect with creative flow.

Through grounding movement, sensory art-making, and mindful reflection, we’ll explore how creativity and regulation arise from the same place — the body’s natural rhythm. Movement awakens presence; art gives it form.

Together, they restore the ease and curiosity often lost in the busyness of everyday life.

You’ll be guided to move, create, and express from a place of listening rather than effort, allowing colors, textures, and gestures to reflect your inner landscape.

No art or movement experience needed — just an openness to explore.

A reminder that creativity lives in the body, and renewal begins when we slow down enough to feel it.
