  • Help clients understand the “why” behind their movement practices.
  • Collaborate with clients to find accessible solutions for enhancing health and well-being.
  • Build a strong foundation in evidence-based and trauma-aware approaches to Pilates instruction.

Your Pathway to Becoming a Teacher

Graduates of this programme don’t just teach Pilates—they educate, empower, and create meaningful connections with their clients. You’ll graduate with:

  • Comprehensive training in mat Pilates and all Pilates apparatus, including reformer, trapeze table, ladder barrel, spine corrector, and Pilates chair.
  • The confidence to create safe, inclusive, and client-centred movement experiences.
  • A robust understanding of the body’s systems and the ability to help clients become resource-rich through movement.

To be certified by us, you must:

  • Complete a series of quizzes at different stages of the programme.
  • Maintain a minimum of 80% attendance.
  • Successfully pass the final practical and theory exam.

Trainees will also have the option to take the national exam (PMC) after completing Part 1. For those pursuing the NCPT title, Part 2, combined with required teaching hours and additional training to meet the 450-hour criteria, will help you achieve this prestigious certification.
