FELT SENSE OPEN DAY
18 Apr (Sat)
SOMATIC Movement
Foundation of Stability & Dynamic Alignment:
Mat Pilates & MOTR
Facilitated by Yingjie
18 Apr (Sat), 1pm – 2pm
This 1-hour beginner-friendly session blends mat Pilates with the MOTR to explore movement as a whole-body experience – guided by awareness rather than rigid effort.
Working with the gentle instability and resistance of the MOTR, alongside foundational mat work, you’ll be invited to sense how your body organises itself – through breath, support, and internal coordination.
Rather than focusing on getting into the “right” position, the session supports you in noticing:
• how you relate to the ground
• how breath moves through your body
• how support and effort distribute across your system
Through simple, intentional movements, you’ll begin to build a deeper awareness of joint positioning, muscular support, and internal connection – allowing the body to find stability that is responsive, not rigid.
Expect a practice that is steady, exploratory, and quietly strengthening – supporting both clarity and ease in how you move.

embodied Inner work
A Meeting Within:
A Voice Dialogue & Embodied Awareness Workshop
Facilitated by Lorraine & Charis
19 Apr (Sun), 10am – 12pm
Within each of us lives a rich inner landscape –
shaped by where we’ve been, what we’ve moved through, and what is still unfolding.
At different moments, different parts of us step forward.
Some hold things together.
Some carry earlier experiences.
Some move quickly, while others stay quiet in the background.
What if, instead of trying to change or silence these parts,
we could learn to meet them – with awareness, through the body, and in relationship?
In this 2-hour experiential workshop, you’ll be introduced to Voice Dialogue, a transformative approach developed by Hal Stone and Sidra Stone, alongside somatic and nervous system-informed practices.
Through a blend of guided facilitation, embodied awareness, relational exercises, and gentle movement, this session invites you into a different way of listening – one that includes both mind and body.
🌿 What you’ll experience
A gentle introduction to the inner landscape and different parts of self
A live demonstration of Voice Dialogue in practice
Simple ways to recognise how these parts show up in your body
Relational (dyad) exercises for witnessing and being witnessed
Movement and rest practices to support integration
Space for reflection, clarity, and deeper self-connection
🌿 Who this is for
This workshop is for anyone curious about their inner world –
whether you’re moving through change, exploring self-awareness, or simply sensing there is more beneath the surface.
No prior experience with Voice Dialogue, somatic work, or parts work is needed.
Come as you are.
Movement × tea meditation
Freeing the Body through the Breath of Tea
Facilitated by Eugene & Kate
19 Apr (Sun), 2pm – 4pm
Freeing the Body through the Breath of Tea is a 2-hour collaborative workshop where tea, breath, and movement unfold in a guided sensory journey.
The session weaves together breathwork, tea, and somatic movement in an intuitive flow; beginning with breath to arrive in the body, followed by multiple rounds of tea and guided movement that respond to each other.
As the energy of the tea builds, so does the body, inviting you to notice subtle shifts in sensation, emotion, and presence.
Eugene will guide the breathwork and tea experience, while Kate leads somatic movement grounded in mat Pilates principles – supporting gentle strengthening, mobility, and embodied awareness as you move from sensation rather than form.
Designed to be accessible for all levels, this workshop offers a space to slow down, soften, and reconnect, closing with gentle breathwork and integration.
Movement × SOUND
Moving Soundscape: Flow, Play, Rest
Facilitated by Charis & Dr. Foo
19 Apr (Sun), 5pm – 7pm
This session is designed as a guided journey through gentle activation, playful exploration, and deep integration – supporting you to reconnect with your body, your energy, and your inner sense of direction.
We begin by arriving and grounding, allowing the body to settle and orient. From there, the session gradually builds into waves of movement – opening into more active, expressive, and creative exploration, where you’re invited to move beyond structure and follow your own rhythm and intuition.
Accompanied by a live soundscape by Dr Foo, the space becomes one of flow – where sound supports the shifts between activation and rest, expansion and softening.
As the session unfolds, we gently transition toward stillness and integration – allowing the body to absorb the experience and return to a more regulated, resourced state; allowing you to tune into inner wisdom.
🌿 What you’ll experience
Gentle, progressive movement from grounding to activation
Playful, creative exploration guided by your own body
Waves of movement and rest to support natural rhythm
Live immersive soundscape
Deep rest and integration
🌿 What this supports
Releasing tension and moving stagnant energy
Reconnecting with creativity and expression
Supporting nervous system regulation
Restoring a sense of flow, clarity, and ease
🌿 Who it’s for
If you’ve been feeling stuck, tense, or low in energy
If you’re craving movement that feels freeing, not structured
If you want to reconnect with play, creativity, and your body
No prior experience needed.
Come as you are.
