Hello Body & felt sense’s Terms & Conditions
1. Our Locations
- Hello Body & felt sense (MOVEMENT LIFE PTE. LTD, ‘HBfs’, ‘we,’ ‘our,’ ‘us’) conduct events, classes and private sessions at our locations in Singapore (‘studios’):
- Hello Body L4 – 23 Kampong Bahru Rd, #04-04, Singapore 169349
- Hello Body L2 – 23 Kampong Bahru Rd, #02-04, Singapore 169349

2. Account, Credit, and Pack/Pass Policy
Credits
- Credits may be used to book and attend our group classes, group events, and/or private sessions (‘services’).
- The system will automatically enforce credit deduction rules and purchase eligibility based on account status.
Packs and Passes
- Our Credit Packs and Session Passes are non-transferrable and cannot be resold.
- All Credit Packs and Session Passes activate immediately upon purchase for service booking, and are valid for 5 months from the activation date, unless otherwise stated
- Up to 10% of unused credits from the original Credit Pack can roll over to a new Pack upon request, unless otherwise stated. Rollovers must occur at the time of a new Credit Pack purchase; otherwise, the credits will expire when their validity end.
- Credits can only roll over once and cannot accumulate over multiple Credit Packs.
- Expired credits cannot be reinstated unless a rollover request was approved before the expiration date.
- The following Credit Pack can only be used for booking group classes:
- 210 Credit Pack
- Only the following Credit Packs can be shared with up to two unique family members, defined as an immediate family member:
- 800 + 40 Credit Pack
- 1200 + 100 Credit Pack
- 1800 + 200 Credit Pack
Family Sharing
- Each family member sharing the Credit Pack must have their own account and sign their own liability waiver.
- Once a family member is linked to the shared Credit Pack, changes to the shared user are not allowed for the duration of the Credit Pack. Credits are non-transferable beyond the designated family member(s). Using your account to book services for others is not permitted.
- Family members sharing the Credit Pack are responsible for booking their own services.
3. Refund Policy
- Strictly no refunds or validity extensions for all Credit Packs and Session Passes, regardless of personal circumstances such as travel plans. Please consider your decision and schedule carefully before purchasing.
- When refunds are granted under unique circumstances authorised by the company, they are subject to:
- A 10% processing fee based on the original purchase price, with a minimum deduction of $50.
- A $50 administrative fee in addition to the processing fee.
4. Service, Attendance, and Cancellation Policy
Service Duration
- Group classes run for 55 minutes per class, unless otherwise specified.
- Group events run for at least 60 minutes per event.
- Private sessions for 55 minutes per 1 session, or 85 minutes per 1.5 session, unless otherwise specified.
Attendance and Cancellation
- Advance booking is required for all services.
- If you are late for your service, it will still end as scheduled, and it will be charged in full. This ensures fairness to subsequent clients.
- A strict 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all services:
- For cancellations due to illness, a valid medical certificate (MC) must be produced within 48 hours of the cancellation to avoid penalties.
- Failure to provide 24-hour notice or an MC will result in the full deduction of the credit.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a class if it does not meet the minimum number of bookings, or if the instructor/studio is unavailable due to unforeseen emergency, and you will be informed promptly through email and our app. In such cases, credits will not be deducted.
- Unusual account activity (e.g., multiple users booking/attending under one account) may be flagged for review. We reserve the right to refuse bookings in such cases.
5. Studio Policy
- Equipment may only be used under the supervision of an instructor.
- You are responsible for your personal property. We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal property sustained or incurred by you at our studios.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed in the activity areas.
6. Health & Safety Policy
- Jewelry wearing is discouraged during services for safety reasons.
- Participation in services may involve some physical activity, which carries the risk of injury. By participating, you accept this risk and will not hold us liable for any injuries sustained.
- Inform us of any changes to your health or medical conditions before your next session. We reserve the right to refuse bookings if your condition makes your participation unsafe.
7. General
- We reserve the rights to amend any of the terms and conditions without prior notice.
